About a month ago i made pineapple roasted pork ribs, oh man was that good. Cooking rules and it's so easy, any girl who says she can't cook is lying and should be beaten severely. One of these days i'm going to make some nice vegie lasagna, any suggestions for what i should use? i know i'm going to use carrots spinach and zucchini, what else.

liquid has a good idea when it comes to his lasagna but i would NOT reccomend carrots in something like that. Even when cooked carrots offer a diificult time to cut and eat in a lasagna and do mess with the flavor of other veggies slightly
my advice is to use, zucchini, tomatoes, squash, onions, and n e thing you can slice into thin layers that you dont have to blanch.
btw, girls who dont know how to cook (or guys for that matter) confuse me because it IS that easy and if your clean then it easy to prep, cook, and clean very quickly

I would kill or die for some counterspace! Along w/all the accessories like a working oven, measuring cups, sharp knives, cutting board, huge freezer...
I thoroughly enjoy experimenting in the kitchen. My biggest issue is timing.
O yeah you have to have a timer. Those help a lot... I'm by no means a chef but I do like to cook.

just carrot shavings, for color, same thing with the zucchini, well those will be julianed i guess. I want the vegetables to be a little crunchy.chefcheech wrote:liquid has a good idea when it comes to his lasagna but i would NOT reccomend carrots in something like that.
i dont know what asiago is, i'm way too lazy to make my own noodles. and what the heck is romero? i figured i'd just make it like regular lasagna with mozz, ricotta, and parm/romano on top to form a crust.liquidkain wrote:no ain... you gots it all wrong....
