I see all the langs wishing ppl who apply good luck on their apps, so I'm wondering who exactly decides who is in or out? Is it java exclusively or is there some committee of langs doing the picks? By the way, I'll probably be applying soon, so I need to know who to impress

Two things that help out are posting regularly on the forum and chatting it up w/ us on vent. You should join us sometime, its a riot.

Lang is not about competition, its all about having fun. Lang isnt a competive community, so stats are bogus to us. MAke sure that you post a lot on forums and that your activly playing the game. Join us on our vent server or on our irc channel!

Seriously, just be yourself, let us know who you are, in Lang we built a community of people that have things they want to share with eachother. It is really not about fragging or anything like that.

Karma is French, that is why Brews said that, and Java is from Virginia so there's another reason.
