Also, just to repeat what Matt said before. Yeh, we really look for individuals who make an extra effort to get to know the lang members. Some of the best ways to do this is:

Stay very active on forums
Join us on our voice channel on ventrillo while playing (prolly the best way!)
Chat with us on mirc #gamesurge #lang

Other than that, just be yourself!!

Well to tell the truth ...Im more interested in gaining some CSS friends rather than a LANG tag lol. I dont know very many people that play css and I found a few people on Needlefest that are really cool and dont ignore me when I ask questions lol.
