Brock's app.
Name: Tim
Age: 24
Location: Milton PA
How I Found Out About Lang: Showed up on NF when Shitstorm was filled up. I went by spackleass back then. I really liked the level of competency and I proceeded to learn about ET much quicker.
Likes: Cars, music, computers, my wife.
Dislikes: Cars, bad music, compters, and occasionally my wife. Whiny people and cheaters.
Biography: My, my... I started with PCs and gaming back in 1990 when my Dad and I built our first machine. 386DX/40, 4MB Ram, 1MB Cirrus Logic VGA card, Sony SCSI external CD-ROM, but no sound. Wolf3D, Commander Keen, and eventually Doom, encompassed my being. Duke Nukem 3D was my first LAN game.
Fast forward to last summer. I got broadband. Heard about ET, and having played RTCW on the showroom machine in the store that my Dad works at, I figured I would give it a go.
Wow, I sucked...hard. I had never really played multiplayer before, with the exception of DN3D and Mechwarrior via a parallel cable. Now, I suck less.
Why I Should Be a Member: I like the idea of a community based group of players. I don't have enough free time or talent to be in a competetive clan. I consider you guys friends of mine, and can only try to give back some knowledge to the newer players. Y'all were pretty forgiving to me, and that meant a lot to a total n00b.
Game wise: I will do whatever for the team, but medic is really my fave. And Axis Engineer on Railgun. I love mines. Teams live and die by teamwork, surround yourself with team-oriented players and most likely you'll win, or give a hell of a fight. And who doesn't like a porn-star? 8)

Knuckle deep, baby.
There are actually four classes of airplane seating: First Class, Business Class, Coach, and Mr. T. But since he never flies anyway, this is never mentioned by travel agencies.

I haven't run into Chest in a while. I used to run into him from time to time. Anyone willing to change names? One night Java and privateryan were Jack Horner and Chest Rockwell. It was good stuff.
I don't really post much on boards unless I have a contribution worthy of a post. I need to learn to be a post whore. See you all around.

He was the MC at my bacheolor party. Very cool guy. Funny as hell to talk to. Doesn't take himself seriously at all.Brock Landers wrote:The Hedgehog 0wns all. My wife still doesn't believe me that he was an English teacher before he found other work.

W00tah! Was wondering if you'd ever apply, Brock...see you on the servers all the time, and I know there'll be at least one team player when I do. GL

How the heck did you get Mr. Jeremy to MC your bachelor party? That sounds like it would have been a blast.
Is he as quick with metaphors and analogies as he seems when you occasionally see him on TV?
Yeah, I had planned on applying at some point, but I wanted to think about balancing my ET life and my real life. My wife sometimes is really odd about me being in front of the computer all the time. I discussed it with her and we decided that I should give it a shot.
