If you paired that the location with the users average ping, I wonder if it would be possible to create a map of expected ping for different locations...

Ok, now this place is starting to get interesting. I count 4 Penn State/State College people hanging out around the boards (that would include me as well). Maybe eventually Penn Staters will make up 25% of the worlds Langs. Or maybe not.
